William Dyer Electrical UK Ltd have been awarded the prestigious M&E project at the wonderful Delamere Forrest and we are delighted once again, be working alongside main contractor Willmott Dixon

William Dyer Electrical UK Ltd are very proud to be working on the Delamere Project with Willmott Dixon which is due to complete this summer however with the challenges Covid – 19 and the site additional safety restrictions coupled with the Health and Safety etc. Act 1974 works are progressing on time and safely.

Forestry England have partnered with Forest Holidays to create this sustainable vision for Delamere Forest. This will benefit all the forest’s visitors with improved facilities and will create new experiences for people wishing to enjoy a peaceful getaway in the forest.

Work on the main Visitor Hub building and Cycle Hire building are progressing well. The new wooden-framed visitor welcome building will have a cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. The toilets will include a “Changing Places” facility for people who are unable to use standard toilets. Sustainability is at the forefront of all the building designs, with features including solar panels, a ground source heat pump, a sustainable drainage design and rainwater harvesting coupled with the latest LED lighting and low energy products this will see this Dalemere facility benefit for many years to come along with minimizing the impact on the environment.
