William Dyer Electrical UK Ltd have always promoted the importance of apprentices and knowledge sharing.

Apprenticeships help to shape the future of William Dyer Electrical UK Ltd by bringing in fresh skills and developing a motivated, skilled and qualified workforce. This in turn provides an effective way to meet future skill demand for the company and continues our company commitment to training young people in the electrical industry.

Each project we tender is always attributed minimum apprentice hours to meet the framework guidelines and Kings Dock Liverpool was no exception. We estimated a total of 5000 hours however due to the scale of the project we in fact managed over 7500 hours which was over 50% we committed too.

William Dyer Electrical UK Ltd also go the extra distance with our own state of the art training bay were all apprentices will undertake one to one sessions throughout their apprenticeship with highly qualified engineers to enhance their training.

Our apprentices are all equipped with uniforms and tools purchased by the company to assist them on their journey to becoming qualified engineers.
